Terms & Conditions
• The voucher is valid only on its designated date. Requests to change the date will not be accepted.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and voucher use must be specified at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original price.
• Child offers apply to guests aged 3 to 11.
• Vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
• Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 10 guests per booking. Dining parties of 11 guests or more, or multiple reservations made for the same dining party (including bookings under different names) to exceed this limit, will be deemed a group booking. Advance arrangements must be made with the Hotel's Restaurants, Bars & Events Team; otherwise, seating together cannot be guaranteed. All group bookings and seating arrangements are subject to availability and the Hotel's confirmation.
• Only one redemption code may be used per reservation.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
• All offers are subject to availability.
• A unique redemption code will be provided for each transaction. If separate redemption codes are required, please place separate orders.
• The voucher and its redemption code must be presented at the designated restaurant upon payment and used within the specified validity period.
• Each voucher and its redemption code are valid for one-time use only. Any unused value or offer will not be refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be replaced if lost, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong shall be final.
