• The voucher is only valid on its designated date; date change requests will not be accepted.
• Child offers apply to guests aged 3 to 11. Senior offers apply to guests aged 60 or above.
• A 24-hour advance reservation is required for voucher use and must be specified at the time of booking.
• Vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
• The fireworks display and related arrangements are subject to the latest announcements by the HKSAR Government.
• Children under eight years of age, as well as those in strollers, are not permitted on the observation deck. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Only one redemption letter is accepted per visit.
• These offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• All offers are subject to availability.
• A unique redemption code will be provided for each transaction.
• The voucher and its redemption code must be presented at the designated restaurant when paying, and must be used within the validity period.
• Each voucher is valid for a single transaction only. Any unused value will not be refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be replaced if lost, and are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong shall be final.
