Terms & Conditions
• The voucher is valid only on its designated date. Requests to change the date will not be accepted.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and voucher use must be specified at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original price.
• Child offers apply to guests aged 3 to 11.
• Vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
• Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 10 guests per booking. Parties of 11 guests or more are considered group bookings and must be arranged directly with our Restaurants, Bars & Events Team by phone or WhatsApp at +852 2113 3326, or by email at rbe.events.hkh@marcopolohotels.com.
• Multiple reservations made for the same party, including bookings made under different names, to exceed the maximum of 10 guests will be considered a group booking. Such bookings may not be accepted or seated together unless prior arrangements have been made with our RB&E Team.
• Only one redemption code may be used per reservation.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
• All offers are subject to availability.
• A unique redemption code will be provided for each transaction. If separate redemption codes are required, please place separate orders.
• The voucher and its redemption code must be presented at the designated restaurant upon payment and used within the specified validity period.
• Each voucher and its redemption code are valid for one-time use only. Any unused value or offer will not be refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be replaced if lost, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marco Polo Hotels – Hong Kong shall be final.
